Luxco Importers are the official exclusive agent for Festina in South Africa and surrounding countries. With our head office and service center situated in the Sandton suburb of Johannesburg, we are perfectly located to serve you. Should you require any service or repair on your Festina watch, you are welcome to bring it to our service center or take it to your nearest retail store.

Festina Watches International provides a 2 year warranty from the purchase date (this is provided in your Warranty card). In South Africa, Luxco has extended the warranty to a 3 year warranty. You, our Festina customer is responsible for providing adequate purchase information, which is required for all service/warranty claims. If the product has been purchased through a 3rd party, please ensure you provide adequate verification of the purchase date from the warranty. The Purchase receipt and Guarantee book will be adequate.

The Festina Watches Warranty is only applicable to watches purchased from the official authorized resellers in store and online within the South Africa. Festina Watches will provide for the repair or replacement of your Festina Watch or part, free of charge according to the Festina Watch Warranty terms. Your guarantee covers parts and labour. The guarantee does not include transport, carriage, postage, insurance and other expenses.

Please note that the rights conferred by the Festina Watch Warranty are in addition to the rights and remedies provided by consumer laws and regulations in your applicable jurisdiction. As such, the Festina Watch Warranty and its benefits are in addition to, and not instead of, rights provided by the applicable consumer law.

The following is excluded from the commercial warranty:

  • Non-Festina Watches
  • Batteries, straps, link bracelets or glass
  • Routine maintenance and cleaning
  • Damage of any kind if there is evidence that the damage was caused by an accident, improper use or mishandling of any part of the watch, handling that is inconsistent with the instructions or guidelines included with your Festina Watch, lack of care or improper maintenance, tampering, abuse, wear and tear, or any other factor than a defect in the Festina Watch manufacturing or material(s)
  • Water penetration caused by use in conflict with the Festina Watch ATM (Atmospheres) mark
  • Damage resulting from repair, service, or alteration by anyone other than an authorized Festina Watch service provider. Further, the Festina Watch Warranty shall become void if the serial number engraved on the watch’s case is missing or has been erased, altered, falsified, replaced, defaced, or made illegible.
